During our stay, we loved the friendly staff and the modern amenities. We were just a short stroll away from La Isla Acapulco Shopping Village and the beautiful park views in the Expo of Mundo Imperial, making our exploring so enjoyable.

I wasn’t ready for this!

The level of safety and security was impressive. I felt at ease throughout my stay. The room was beautifully designed and clean. I loved the variety of pools and the staff's attentiveness, especially at the swim-up bars. The food was mostly satisfying, providing good options during my four nights here.

Memorable Family Getaway with Great Pools

We cherished our three nights while enjoying the stunning Diamante view from our room. The pool area was fantastic for the kids, and we loved the variety available, from relaxations to splashes of fun. Pro tip, make dinner reservations at the on-site restaurant for a memorable evening.

The room was clean and comfy with a nice view. Beds were really comfortable, which made it easy to relax after a long day. The decor was pleasant, and it felt cozy inside. Not a single issue with cleanliness, everything was well maintained. Overall, a nice space to unwind in.

Just a prime choice for an overnight stay in Acapulco with a reasonable price. The beach was beautiful, but the water was very rough. If you want a quiet area, head to the adult pool on weekends.

The pools and swim-up bars were fantastic! It was great to try a different pool each day, and I really enjoyed the buffets for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The atmosphere felt secure, and the staff was incredibly attentive, making the entire experience feel welcoming. However, the availability of food was limited to certain hours, and some of the dining options were not very satisfying, leaving something to be desired.

The stay at this hotel was fantastic! The property also welcomed our two dogs, which made our family vacation seamless. Not to mention, breakfast was delicious and offered a good variety.

My kids wished there were more activities available for them in the evenings. It would be great to have nightly family-friendly entertainment.
